If you don't want to collect your tenants rent or hold their deposit, but have your own contractors who take care of general repairs - we offer a highly cost effective rent collection service as a bolt-on option.
We’ll
- Find and reference the tenants. Collect and remit their initial payment
- Continue to collect the rent for the duration of the tenancy. We have less than 1% rent arrears with the tenants we currently collect from
- Pay it to you each month with an accompanying monthly statement
- Administer the tenants deposit at the start and end of the tenancy. We’re registered with the DPS
- Deal with HMRE on your behalf if you’re overseas
