Richard Dowton 

Richard is a Hackney Resident (London Fields) and has nearly a decade’s experience in lettings and property management. He first started with Countrywide Residential in 2005 where he managed a national portfolio of properties mainly owned by banks and mortgage lenders.

His career then took him to London, where he spent over two years looking after a renewals portfolio worth around £1m a year for a large independent – before being moved to the front office of their flagship branch. An obvious aptitude for the front-end of agency quickly led to a promotion to branch manager of their Balham office, where Richard’s assured stewardship saw growth of over 25% in the first year.

We recruited Richard as he’s got great senior level experience, is a safe pair of hands, and has a refreshingly no-nonsense approach.
