We reckon this is one of the best value-for-money one-bed flats on the market in Islington at the moment. Here’s why: It’s a really good size for a one bed (at just over 500sqft), however because its well laid out it feels a lot larger. It’s a really nice quiet building, that’s only a couple of years old. It’s very light (on account of floor to ceiling windows in both the bedroom and reception room), and so has a nice ‘feel’ to it. It’s got a good spec list for this price range including, solar powered heating system (which means low fuel bills), wood floors throughout, really nice fitted kitchen (including dishwasher and washer dryer), a lift, and lovely ‘designer’ bathroom. The building is also well kept, quiet and five minutes walk to Canonbury, ten min’s walk to Highbury and Islington – or a bit more to Angel. You can also take advantage of the 24 hour buses that take you to the city or west end.
