Why Margate

We’ve been managing residential lettings in Margate, Ramsgate and Broadstairs for five years now, as seven years ago we negotiated the sale of around 200 new apartments in a number of prominent buildings dotted around the isle. We've been managing this property ever since. This has included managing both the occupants and the buildings themselves.

What first interested us in the area was its enormous potential, and with the opening of The Turner Contemporary, improvements in train times, regeneration of Maragte Old Town, and imminent start date for Margate’s iconic Dreamland site – we now see that potential  becoming reality.
