A Chartered Accountant by trade, Richard has extensive leadership experience in private equity (joint UK head of NBGI Private Equity), corporate finance (partner at Price Waterhouse Coopers), and industry (Finance Director). Other than this he has had board involvement in a wide range of businesses and sectors.

Gareth Martin Managing Director

Gareth co founded the business in 2008 with Ed. They had previously run a succesful investment sales business, and prior to this worked together in a big agency in Islington.

Gavin Kelly Senior Block Manager

Gavin has worked in property for eight years after a six year career as a professional sportsman. He joins us from a well known firm of chartered surveyors in Kent where he oversaw the management of a large residential portfolio.
