Tenant Screening
All of our applicants undertake a thorough background checking process. Prior to move in we will collate written references, payslips and bank statements, obtain a credit score and check for any adverse credit history. All tenants (including students) will be required to pay a deposit, with the exception of Local Authority bond schemes.
Fair Fees
Whilst we’re never the cheapest, we offer value for money and are prepared to take a commercial view. We also have a longstanding policy of charging renewal fee’s which are a fair reflection of the work actually involved.
Property Management Muscle
Although each branch has its own property manager, our front offices are just the tip of the iceberg and are supported by a robust property management back office based in Central London. This contactable 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

As well as striving for high standards in personal professionalism, we are members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme, lodge all tenant deposits with the DPS, and hold all client money in designated client accounts
