• We find we’re still busy in to late summer (and even early autumn) letting single rooms and small houses
• Unlike some Derby letting agents we do take a damage deposit on student rented accommodation, and find that most reasonable student tenants are happy to pay this – as long as it is correctly lodged and accompanied by a thorough inventory.
• We don’t treat student lettings as a cash cow and load our fees. As well as providing exactly the same excellent service to working tenants as students, we charge the same fee.
