About Us

The Company was set up  in 2006 by its co directors to help property developers let and manage residential investment property which the recession had rendered unsellable. Prior to this both had extensive experience in managing portfolios of newly built apartment blocks.

We have quickly developed from here, and now employ over 30 people across three locations including two busy lettings and property management front offices in Kent and the East Midlands (with a third to open in London in January 2012), and a back office in Shoreditch (Central London) that deals with residential property management, portfolio management and block management
